截止2015年6月，中国铁建高新装备股份有限公司(简称中国铁建装备)累计获得授权专利219件，其中发明21件，实用新型173件，外观设计25件;有效专利197件，其中发明21件，实用新型151件，外观设计25件。

2013年，中国铁建装备3项专利获得中国铁建优秀专利奖，其中《组合式铁路道砟运输机械及其作业方法》获得优秀发明专利奖，《拉轨对正装置》和《挖掘底梁开合自动控制装置》分别获得优秀实用新型专利奖。

2014年，中国铁建高装备4项专利获得中国铁建优秀专利奖。其中《转盘式输送机》、《一种铁路道床侧面吹吸污装置》分别获得优秀发明专利奖，《一种正线道岔稳定车》、《一种集成重力和袋式除尘的集污装置》分别获得优秀实用新型专利奖。
